Stage 3 | PDH | Unit 6
In this unit, students learn to make positive choices that minimise the risks linked to harmful substances. They also develop an understanding of fire safety practices and explore ways to reduce associated dangers. Additionally, students examine the effects of active versus sedentary lifestyles, and create and assess a personal plan to increase outdoor activity, explaining how it supports their learning and overall wellbeing.
