Stage 2 | Science & Technology | Unit 8
This unit teaches students that heat energy is transferred through conduction, convection and radiation. They pose questions and conduct fair tests to compare how different materials absorb or reflect heat energy. Students collect and represent different data types using digital tools. They test materials to investigate heat transfer and make a recommendation for suitable lunch containers and drink bottles.

Inclusions
This product includes over 300 slides & worksheets to support the teaching of 16 Stage 2 Science & Technology lessons & 4 consolidation tasks from Unit 8.

Exclusions
There may be slides where the purchaser will need to insert either classroom specific instructions or images from previous lessons.
